Phone & Remote Support

We can solve many of your Mac related problems by connecting to your Mac remotely. This is usually quicker than having a technician travel to your location, and the rates for this service are less than onsite support.  (see rates below)

HOW TO GET REMOTE SUPPORT

  1. If you have used Mac HelpMate on this computer before, skip to step 3.
    Otherwise, download Mac HelpMate,
    the software that enables us to remotely access your computer.
  2. After downloading, move the Mac HelpMate application into your Applications folder.
  3. Call Macrobatix at (770) 847 9999
    to schedule an appointment.
  4. At your appointment time, make sure that you are connected to the internet, then launch Mac HelpMate.
  5. After Mac HelpMate opens,
    click the Macrobatix logo.
  6. A second window will open.
    Click the Share My Screen button.
  7. A Macrobatix technician will access your computer for diagnosis and repair.
