We can solve many of your Mac related problems by connecting to your Mac remotely. This is usually quicker than having a technician travel to your location, and the rates for this service are less than onsite support. (see rates below)
HOW TO GET REMOTE SUPPORT
- If you have used Mac HelpMate on this computer before, skip to step 3.
Otherwise, download Mac HelpMate,
the software that enables us to remotely access your computer. - After downloading, move the Mac HelpMate application into your Applications folder.
- Call Macrobatix at (770) 847 9999
to schedule an appointment. - At your appointment time, make sure that you are connected to the internet, then launch Mac HelpMate.
- After Mac HelpMate opens,
click the Macrobatix logo. - A second window will open.
Click the Share My Screen button. - A Macrobatix technician will access your computer for diagnosis and repair.
